What is Game Changer?

It all began with a question.

“How do I help him network?”

In the Spring of 2024 our director of learning, Brett Barker, participated in a panel discussion at Utah Valley University’s Autism Conference. Near the end of the panel, a gentleman stood and spoke about his grandson, a highly intelligent and skilled developer, who was really struggling to find a job. As an Autist his grandson has a difficult time networking, and we all know that you get jobs through the people you know.

The seeds for Game Changer were planted.

How Do We Help?

Easy, Forget traditional networking.

Traditional networking events tend to expect the attendees to walk up and introduce themselves to others, maybe after a presentation that you both attend, or during a lunch break.

We’re removing the formality and creating an environment that is safe and welcoming for folx of all neurotypes. Inclusive Agile’s experience with establishing and rebuilding psychological safety helps bring this event to the next level. We will also have staff on hand to help manage extreme neurodivergent situations.
