Empowering Career Comebacks: Neurodivergent Foundations Program

Helping Neurodivergent Individuals Thrive in the Workforce

Our Mission

Inclusive Agile’s Return to Work Neurodivergent Foundations Program (NFP) is dedicated to empowering neurodivergent job seekers, including those with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and more, to successfully re-enter and remain in the workforce. Our program provides the necessary knowledge, tools, and support to ensure they can showcase their skills and contribute effectively in their roles.

  • Interview Preparation: Master the art of interviewing with specific strategies and accommodations to showcase your abilities. Our program includes mock interviews and feedback sessions to help you feel more confident and prepared, as well as information on how to ask for and make use of interview accommodations.

  • Workplace Retention Skills: Gain insights into workplace dynamics, how to request and manage accommodations, and strategies to thrive in your role. We teach how to give and receive feedback, identify safe environments, and maintain positive relationships with colleagues in an agile environment that will provide value in any job role.

Networking Opportunities

  • Community of Practice: Connect with other neurodivergent individuals who are also navigating the job market. Our program includes networking events and group Q&A sessions, fostering a supportive community where you can share experiences, tips, and encouragement.

  • Ongoing Support: Even after the program ends, you will have permanent access to our community chat and 12 months of access to our Learning Library. This ensures you continue to receive support, resources, and networking opportunities as you advance in your career

Why This Program Matters

Neurodivergent individuals face unique challenges in the job market. Traditional hiring processes often overlook their potential, leading to high unemployment and underemployment rates. Here are some key statistics highlighting these challenges:

  • Unemployment Rate: The unemployment rate for neurodivergent individuals is approximately 30-40%, significantly higher than the general population.

  • Interview Challenges: Many neurodivergent candidates struggle with conventional interviews, which can lead to highly qualified candidates being overlooked.

  • Retention Issues: Neurodivergent employees often leave jobs due to a lack of understanding and accommodations, even when they provide exceptional value.
